Dreams - Dundee

We popped into Dreams after work just to have a look around. We left with a new mattress and two gorgeous pillows! Tommy was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. We had great banter and felt that he was listening to our wishes and guiding us through the process.

Felt at ease looking around and staff were really nice and helpful Keiran helped my daughter make sure she got the perfect mattress that suited her to go with the bed she picked. He was very approachable and helpful

The sales staff called Stewart knew exactly the right time to approach and the right time to back off, he was completely professional and helped us with great knowledge of the products and a kind and courteous manner, the transaction went smoothly with no problems and we left feeling happy we chose the company.

On arrival I specified to Tommy (Sales Consultant) my requirements - mattress firmness, type of mattress and price. He pointed out the ones I had seen online. He offered a cup of tea whilst I tried out the various mattresses. He also offered mattress protectors and insurance and was respectful of wishes when declined. Mattress was ordered quickly and efficiently.

The member of staff who assisted me showed a good knowledge of the products available and was able to recommend appropriately to suit my needs. Did not feel pressured in any way but felt reassured that I had been assisted to make the best the choice.

we already searched on line what was available so did not need tome to make our mind what we wanted.

Staff all welcomed you as you went around the store, store assistant Demi introduced herself to us and encouraged us to take our time and try the beds, even got different pillows for us to try, answered any questions we asked and was really helpfull, made us feel at ease, with no pressure to buy making it a much better shopping exsperiance.

Staff dealt with the issue promptly and with understanding. The issue was resolved over the phone and a follow up call was made by staff to confirm arrangement.
