Kieran (the Dreams colleague in store) was really helpful with helping me to choose the right mattress in my price range and also look at pillows as well. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and comfort/firmness.

Russell was very knowledgable and friendly and not at all pushy which was good. His initial introduction was good. He approached us whilst we were lying on a TV bed and asked if could get us a cup of tea and put a movie on. After that he was able to compare different mattresses for us showing the differences which helped.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted and instantly Kieran explained everything and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Also other staff members kept my 3 year old entertained so we didn't feel rushed. I couldn't fault the service and mannerisms of any member of staff we came into contact with.
