All of the staff in dreams Dundee are very friendly and helpful, I have purchased from the store before and know that the team are always amazing. This visit was no exception as Scott was excellent, his product knowledge was excellent and his ability to meet our needs and keep the product within our price range was second to none. The staff are never pushy and always give honest and valuable advise. The other aspect that makes me highly satisfied is the fact that the team are always very good at entertaining my children whilst we decided and paid for our purchase, happy children equal happy parents.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of the product and great advice. We arrived shortly before closing time and were not rushed. Very happy with the service and the price and looking forward to the arrival of our purchase.

Russell was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different options available to us. He wasn't pushy and gave us time alone to discuss our thoughts. All the products we had seen on line were available to view in the store.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful without being too pushy. He left us to consider our purchase without standing over us which can be very off-putting, but then made himself readily available to answer all our queries regarding the product and payment options. He explained everything in simple, understandable terms in respect of payment, delivery etc.

Very friendly service received from both Stewart who advised us and helped us place the order, but also from other colleagues in store who helped entertain our two boys whilst we went through the order process. Stewart was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process to help us decide the right type of mattress to suit our needs. Would highly recommend Dreams based on the service we have received there on both our visits.
