The assistant (Demi) was very friendly, not at all pushy, she have us plenty to try & have us plenty of space. She had excellent customer service skills & plenty of knowledge of the product, her assistance was invaluable .

Staff were very friendly and courteous, Kieran was extremely knowlegable and helpful to us when looking for a new bed. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and staff were very kind to her, particularly Kieran and Debbie.

The staff at your Dundee store on the Kingsway retail park were outstanding from beginning to end. My husband and our 2 small children came into the store looking for ideas on a new bed for ourselves. We were also looking to downsize from superking to king. The staff took on board that my husband i needed to decide together and kindly assisted in amusing our children in various ways (colouring/hide and seek!) while tried various options of mattress and bed combinations in suit our budget. Tommy also respected that i have epilepsy and needed to have a supportive mattress for that. We went to various competitors but due to the outstanding customer service we received here (which i will add was not matched in any other neighbouring store at all) we decided on quality over price. When we went back to finalise the purchase the staff were amazing yet again by playing with the children while we settled financial details. So much so my daughter went and bought them a small box of chocolates to say thank you with her own pocket money. When my young son is ready for his first single bed i will be coming to Dreams Dundee as my first choice. Thank you.
