Dreams - Dundee

Kieran at the dundee store was really helpful and not too pushy, he made sure we had plenty of options to try and we didn’t feel rushed. He was really friendly, and it was his costumer service that made us make the decision to buy our mattress from this store and not elsewhere.

The assistant went out of his way to get the right bed for me, after listening in depth about my health issues,( I have fibromyalgia,and most beds feel like sleeping on wood to me).. he refused to let me choose a bed until I had laid on each bed for some length of time, wanting me to really get the bed I need for a better night's sleep, ..I had been to a different bed shop earlier and felt like that shop just wanted me to get any bed asap and get out,..Dreams shop was professional but friendly and really helpful,not pushy.

Extremely good service all round

I was very happy with the service I received,and the explanation of the different type of mattresses that were available to me. The sales person Sandie was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in detail. Very happy with the Dundee store.

Very happy with the price that I paid for the frame, I've been waiting for it to come back down in price since the black Friday sale. I came in twice, first time to have a look around (there was more bed shops in the retail park and I like to keep my options open) and the second time to buy it. The salesman was friendly and not pushy when we first came in. I made a point of looking for him when we came back to buy

Fantastic service by Demi. Warm welcome, gave me plenty of options, fast service. However I do have to wait 2 weeks for the delivery of my bed and mattress.

I visited the DUNDEE Branch and was very pleased with my whole time there from the minute I walked in I was met with very polite Staff. We were shown and explained all about the mattress we were after. The exact one we had seen on the internet was not available for testing in store, however we were shown a direct equivalent and agin explained all about the the spring set up. When placing our order it was very simple, explained well to us and we were offered the protection package which we took as this was again explained and a very good product offered by Dreams. A delivery date was discussed and again the main focus by the store was to suit our needs. A very simple, stress free experience, thank you to the assistant Sandra who helped us with our purchase.
