We came in originally just to get some info and check out whats available but the associate let us know of a sale that ended in 2 days. She also explained the policy of price matching other stores that would have a cheaper price and the 40 day sleep guarantee which turned the information gathering into a purchase. Made the purchase seem like a no lose situation with a chance to save £200 on the mattress we would probably end up buying anyways. It was super helpful and something we might have missed if not being told about the guarantees that come with the products.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but also left you to browse products without being "Too in your face"

I have purchased from Dreams before, in fact earlier this year for another property in a different part of the country. The service I received then was really first rate; it was delivered on time, despite being ordered in Scotland and delivered in Wales, the communications were excellent, so that I knew exactly when they were coming and the follow up was good too. I purchased from Dundee today because I could see the range of beds and mattresses and I was confident that I would get great service and a competitive deal. I was really impressed when Tommy (the sales guy), arranged for it to be delivered in 3 working days.

I purchased a bed last october for my son so I am a returning customer based on the service I received first time and also the quality and satisfaction of bed purchased for my son. I returned to the same advisor (tommy) due to the fact that he took his time to ask specific questions and really matched all the benefits to my needs - This visit I was limited to the size of headboard I could have due to the bed fitting under the window so he gave me a couple of options but ultimately allowed me to make my own decision which made me feel as if he had really listened to me.

I was approached by the store manager who was friendly and helpful, providing all the factual answers to my questions. He was very knowledgable about mattresses, assisting and guiding me to making the correct purchasing decision for myself. He was extremely helpful throughout the credit application process too, respectful and comprehensively explaining all the various options available and information with regards to each. There was not one question he could not answer. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely satisfying and I would highly recommend purchasing your next bed or mattress at Dreams.

Tommy was very nice and welcoming. Store exceptionally clean. Items well displayed. Customer toilet available. Store nice and warm on a cold night. I was given a hot drink and a balloon for the child which was fun. Attractive range of beds to choose from.
