Dreams - Dundee

All staff on duty were already engaged with other customers when I entered the store. However, I was still acknowledged by staff upon entry, including a lady who actually worked for Sharp within the store. I was also advised by The Manager that staff would be with me very shortly. Hamilton approached me when he was free, asked questions and then looked at the previous quote I received last week. He showed me other items of interest and encouraged me to spend time testing the beds. At no time did I feel under pressure to make a quick decision. I was given time alone to test the beds but he kept checking all was OK and he was available whenever I needed assistance. All staff I encountered were friendly. I have previously purchased from Dreams and found the customer care very good, hence I returned for these latest purchases. I had problems with a previous item but staff were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction.

The overall experience was brilliant! The staff were very informative but also respected our privacy and gave us as much time as we wanted to be on our own completely rather than hanging around us waiting for a decision. I would recommend to anyone I know looking fend new mattress, bed frame, and (as I now know how important they are) pillows.

We were welcomed to the store by staff but they let us browse for a bit before asking if we wanted help. I much prefer this approach so thumbs up. Russell came over and explained how the store was laid out and in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us decide what mattress etc to purchase.

We were looked after from the start by a helpful person called Russell, he offered us tea or coffee and then told us the best way to choose a bed and how to grab a pillow and try out the mattresses. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable and it really helped. He left us to it and then came back over once we had decided on a mattress type and then he showed us the section we needed. He was lovely and helpful and not pushy which is great as I hate pushy sales people. Once we had made a decision he took us over so he could take our details and place the order. All in all a great service and made choosing a new bed simple! Thank you.

We were welcomed to the store immediately on our arrival . Russell was smartly turned out and very pleasant to deal with. Having ascertained our requirements he explained the store layout and the different mattresses available. We were impressed with his product knowledge and his friendly demeanour. He made the whole process an enjoyable and stress free experience. Russell is a credit to the Dreams organisation.

Ordered with ease scott the sales person was very helpful and explained all products bought indepth. Even offered help out to car very happy with service.
