I knew what I was looking for having checked the website before going into the store. The sales colleague Tommy was excellent. He wasted no time in showing me the items I was looking for, allowing time for testing, providing different pillows, explaining the mattress protection options, delivery, installation, etc and was very quick and efficient completing all the necessary paperwork. He even offered me a cuppa! Online shopping is great for comparison and checking reviews but it is hard to beat face to face contact to give you more confidence in the product you are buying.

Service was excellent, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Contact about delivery and when could not have been more through.

we were given plenty time to look around . stewart was very helpful and recomended that we try all different matresses .

Hamilton the sales person was extremely knowledgeable, gave me plenty space and time to test beds with his guidance, and with choice of pillows. I never felt he was trying to up-sell or get me to purchase something I did not need. He explained all the different choices extremely well
