I found Stewart and Allan to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly members of staff. Allan had only been working a few days but I could not tell as he seemed to know everything we asked and knew about the products very well.

We were given various options and shown various different qualities of mattresses to try. We had the difference explained to us.
