Friendly helpful staff.

I was welcomed by the shop assistant on entering the store...asked if need any assistance started chatting to the lady regards my requirements she was very helpful and also showed me some of the products on special offer

I have only ever purchased two beds for my own use in the past 45 years so was pleased that your salesman ( Hamilton) Was able to guide me through the process as I have spinal damage and need the best bed for my current condition. MY wife of 41 years died over 3 years ago and we always had a king size with a soft side and firm one. I requested a double bed that suited my needs. Hamilton explained the various options etc and I trusted his obvious knowledge.

We were highly satisfied with the visit due to the member of staff Hamilton who showed our options and let us sample them in our own time, we didn’t feel pressured into anything which was great we were offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture, I would recommend Dreams to anyone as our visit was faultless.

the staff left us to have a quick look around first, then when we were looking at a product came over & asked if we needed any assistance. Hamilton went out to point the various options on the product we were looking at, & offered us a coffee whilst we debated, this we declined as we wanted a snack also. So we told Hamilton we would pop back in with our descision. We Returned later, but Hamilton, so he passede us on to Stewart, who then went through the product we wanted + the various options(as Hamilton had, Then offered us a coffee whilts going through the paper work for pament & delivery. We found them both knowledgeable, polite & pleasent to talk with.

Assistant was very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to us.

I really liked the system you have in place of colour coding the different types of mattresses, so no time is wasted looking at items you are not interested in. Our salesman was excellent popping in and out with information as we looked, but we in no way felt pressured or hassled.Using the same pillow on each bed was also a good way of working. So much better than Bensons which we visited first and found to be dirty.

The Assistant Stewart was very helpful and competent answering all my questions and queries without having to refer to reference paperwork. His advice was helpful and what I really liked it was not price based but on my needs. I feel he is a credit to your company
