The assistant was not pushy and did not try to sell us items we did not want but did explain in depth all the products that was available to us.

WE visited the store in Dundee Kingsway Shopping Centre. Scott was very professional in his work, and very friendly and polite in his attitudes and communication with us. We found him a very genuine person and we were very delighted t be helped by him to choose a very good product for our needs, both quality wise and price wise.

The product I wanted to view (single over single bunk beds) was on display in store and I could see the quality and durability of the product. Before visiting dreams I had visited numerous other well know bed suppliers in store and was highly disappointed at the items on display & was directed to their website. People visit stores to view items, not to sit at a desk viewing items online. The Dreams salesman, Scott, was friendly without being overbearing. He listened to my needs & suggested an option that would work for me. Finally, upon leaving the store having not made a purchase Scott have me a card with a quote reference on it, without making me feel like I'd wasted his time. He seemed to understand that I needed to think the purchase over. After visiting a few more stores I returned to complete the purchase and was greeted with a friendly wave, again friendly, without the typical salesman pushiness.

The salesman knowledge was exceptional and so friendly made me feel completely at ease. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family.

Stewart was very helpful and friendly and instantly put us at ease. His product knowledge was very comprehensive and he ensured we got great value of money with the mattress protector included within the insurance agreement. He is a real credit to Dreams!
