Good experienced sales staff.

The staff member was very helpful without being pushy for the sale. He was happy to let us browse but was on hand if I had any questions. In other stores sales staff can be quite overbearing to get the sale. The staff member knew his product well and was able to answer all questions in a friendly manner.

I found a bed straight away that i liked but i needee help with finding a good matttress. Your employee Russell was very helpful and explained to me the different colour coded mattresses and to try out each one with a pillow until I found the one that best suited me. He then showed me the section with my choice of mattress. He was very polite and chatty and offered me a cup of tea while I was in store. Great customer service from Russell. Overall I was incredibly happy as I left store.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales person. We did not feel pressured over the 2 days it took to make our purchase.
