Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable guiding us on how to choose a mattress. He gave us lots of attention but also left us to try the products without bothering us but checking regularly that we were ok amswering questions etc.

Wasn’t hounded from salesmen like in other shops. Was given advice then left to look around and make our own decisions.

My fiance and I were looking for a superking bed and the Dundee branch was our first store that we visited. Was a little confused by the layout of the store then Tommy approached us and gave us the run down of the store. I have experience of selling beds and Tommy took that on board and didn't try to give us any sales pitch was easy to talk to and dealt with our needs quickly but took enough time to explain our purchase properly. Would definitely return and hopefully Tommy would be there to assist me once again

The colleague was very attentive to my needs, but not pushy. He gave me the necessary information and left me to make my own decision. The actual sale went through quickly and without any melodrama, which can happen in other shops. Very happy and looking forward to my new mattress.

Once given information about product I was able to browse without feeling under pressure. Felt able to try out beds without feeling awkward.
