Member of staff (Tommy) extremely helpful. Lovely manner, good knowledge and gave us all the time and information we needed. There was absolutely no pressure to "get the sale down" which is as it should be.

The sales persons ( I went twice to the store) both seemed highly knowledgeable about products, and were attentive to my questions.

“Russel” was a excellent help and made me feel very welcome in the store, and made it very easy to get the right bed for me.

The salesman was very helpful and gave us a good understanding of the purchase we were buying.

The sale person called Hamilton was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us to make our own mind up about which mattress we preferred. The service on the phone by Scott was also free of any issues. The whole process was timely and exactly what we were looking for

I had accompanied Mr Hopkinson to the shop. (Mr Hopkinson is partially sighted, partially deaf, and is on the autistic spectrum). Your salesman Stewart was absolutely wonderful with him. He brought him a cup of tea and tried to explain everything to Mr Hopkinson who was being very impatient and sometimes downright rude. Stewart carried on doing his job with a smile and didn't lose patienc with Mr H. He explained all about the beds and helped us choose bedding etc. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected of him. Validation Code 206A022238.

All products were easy to see. Tommy the assistant was very helpful, polite and professional

Hamilton was very attentive and quick to suggest items.

Hamilton listened to our needs and was able to quickly recommend products that he felt would suit our needs. He was very friendly (including offering tea and coffee) and knowledgeable about the various products avaliable.
