Scott was very helpful in explaining things as the matress i wanted was an online exclusive and he tried to show me what the matress would be like with what was in store.

Very attentive staff in store, but not pushy to rush us to order. Good knowledge of products to help explain differences in mattresses, plus accessories.

The assistance we received when we visited the store was first class. We were offered refreshments when we entered the store and were informed about the types of mattresses available with the colour coded system. We were then left to try out the mattresses at our leisure and members of the sales team came at regular intervals to ask if we needed assistance or advice.

Our assistant Tommy listened to our needs. He then advised us on different products until we found just the right combination of a Tempur mattress and a good base. Tommy allowed us time to select the products, he was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. Tommy was the kind of assistant that we like, good listener, good communicator and very relaxed. This allowed us to relax and we came away from your store happy.

We have just moved house and needed to purchase a new bed and bedside tables and had looked around in other stores before going to Dreams. We were greeted by salesman Stuart who introduced himself and we explained what we were looking for. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We were given time to browse and choose for ourselves- without feeling pressured into buying. Stuart explained there was a bank holiday sale offer coming up and would look into prices for us. He called the next day to let us know the bank holiday offer which saved us £100 on bed frame. Ordering bed was straight forward and easy, impressed we were given the option to choose a date we want furniture delivered and it's completely free. Would highly recommend a visit.

The person serving me (Tommy) was very helpful. Listened to exactly what I wanted. And sorted a date that suited me for delivery.

The salesman Hamilton met us on arrival, made us welcome, offered tea/coffee and overall made us very welcome explaining the different types of mattresses urging us to try them. He left us to make a decision, no pressure, and we asked him other questions which he answered with great knowledge. Overall very happy with the purchase and our salesman.

Nick was great he explained all bed types etc colour codes and all ranges of beds and matreesses. It was prob because of him that we purchased a bed from yoyr store. very friendly, knowledgable but nit at all pushy which is off putting. Thanks nick.
