Hamilton dealt with us & he was very helpful, polite at all times. He showed us a variety of products & then explained everything in detail.

It was all do easy and Hamilton who served me was very professional

Had time to think about what we were purchasing and getting the right bed. Was offered bedcover and Thomas explained how it covers the mattress. Had time to have coffee when purchasing.

Hamilton was very knowledgeable. Showed us different types of mattress and different ottoman beds. Confirmed price and earliest delivery. We were very pleased.

Scott the salesman was very very helpful not pushy gave us plenty of information on our purchase, gave us plenty time to try all the beds and was most helpful in giving us proper pillows to try the beds with it was perfect can’t thanks him enough very very pleasant young man will certainly be returning to the shop again thanks

I was arriving at 19:30 in the Shop.Scott came and ask me very friendly how was my day. So he understand i will need to take something in that day so he start to show me everything. Its a nice team there.i definitely buy something in the future and recommend to everyone to shop at DREAMS.

My wife and I were served by Thomas who was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He also had a keen sense of humour. The whole experience was very pleasant including my coffee served by Thomas.. It has taken my wife some time to get me into the shop but she finally managed today and it wasn't really too much of a hardship!
