Tommy the shop assistant spent a lot of time with us, we choose a sofa bed for our spare room, Tommy helped pull out the bed allowed us to see if it was comfortable, he also measured for us to see if it would fit in our space, he also talked us through fabric covering options, took time to explain how the mechanism worked and covered the option of extended 5 year warranty, which we took up as this seemed to be a fantastic way to ensure we have no problems in the future. He talked us through general care for the fabric and gave us a choice in delivery dates. We were offered drinks while he processed our order. While we were being processed we watched how the other assistants were inter-reacting wish other customers and they all seemed friendly and knowledgeable can't recommend them enough. Genuine 5 star service

We were delighted with the way we were treated in Dreams. Once we had time to make our way into the store and feel comfortable, Nick came over and from that point on, he managed to maintain the perfect balance between being helpful, welcoming, informative, encouraging, and attentive and yet backing-off so that we had plenty of discussion time. Any questions we had were answered immediately without us being swamped with information. Swatches were brought at just the right time and we were encouraged to take time to acquaint ourselves with all the available options. Extra options were explained and offered, some we accepted, some we didn't. There was no pressure-selling although it became evident that Nick was a natural salesman. If only other retailers had this quality of staff. Oh, the coffee was lovely and strong.
