Dreams - Dundee

Very happy with service at local Dreams. Bought a bed previously so knew it would be a good service.

I was explained in great detail of the product I was looking at.

This is my 3rd time buying from Dreams twice in store and both times I have been served by very well mannered,polite,helpful staff who know all about the products in store (Sandra first time and Scott on Friday 3rd of aug). Doing my online order was so easy and straight forward and the delivery guys each time were so polite and friendly

Customers service was excellent. We were offered coffee and shown all the different products in store from your colleague (Tommy). He asked what my needs were and gave me information on the relevant products.

I was very impressed with our experience at Dreams, Dundee. The assistant Stewart, listened to what we were looking for; advised what was available and the best way to find out what was the best mattress for us and he gave us time to walk around the shop on our own, although always checking that we were comfortable in doing so.

Stewart was knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision without rushing or pushing us. He also gave us time to really consider our purchase.

The person who dealt with us (Tommy) was extremely helpful. He gave us help when we asked, time when we needed it and guidance when he felt it was appropriate.

Russell who served us was great, he explained to us all the diffrent types to help us choose what would work best for us.
