Staff were very friendly, in particular Stewart who helped us. He was very knowledgeable, gave us time to shop around and we didnt feel any pressure at all. He was also very honest when explaining different products. Great customer service.

As soon as my wife and I walked into the store Hamilton greeted us and put us at ease his knowledge of the products was excellent as he went over all our needs from frames to mattresses to pillows explaining everything in layman’s term I can only say he made our experience so enjoyable and gave us the confidence to buy a bed which suited us.i would recommend him to anyone thanks for the experience .

HI I WENT TO DREAMS WITH my mum she was needing a new bed we saw a nice wooden one then we met Scott. Help my mum to pick a bed the one she wanted didn't come in a single,we were offered tea and coffee I had a seat while scott and mum WENT looking for a mattress she was very happy with what she got,mun was very please with Scott and all the staff . Stewart, our sales assistant, was excellent. Supremely knowledgeable, excellent wit and superb customer skills. Price was good, experience was excellent.

The assistant Scott was vey helpful without being pushy. We were free to try out as many mattresses as we needed to decide which one suited us

Went to 2 different dreams stores and each times store assistance were very friendly and helpful and even gave us very nice coffee while we were trying mess out. Placed order over the phone and the representative got is a suitable mattress protector to go with our bed rather than just the standard which would have made us even hotter at night! We didn't even tho k of this so that was really good. Big thank you to everyone who helped us...now to see how good the bed is over the next 40 days
