Dreams - Dundee

I was given all the knowledge I needed to decide on the mattress. Staff made it easy and comfortable for myself and I was happy with my time in the store.

We dealt with Tommy who was very polite and knowledgable about his products. It was a pleasure to be in his company.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, they explained everything and that's why I chose to purchase from them when I could of bought from several other companies.

On entering the store we were approached by Russell who asked if he assist.we explained what we were looking for and he was able to recommend two or three different options. On making our choice the completion of the order forms etc was carried out smoothly and quickly. The whole procedure was explained and we left the store satisfied that we were regarded as valuable customers.

The member of staff (Tommy) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I never felt he was trying to sell me something I didn’t want. He took time to ensure I had made a good decision, and was happy for me to take my time considering things. He gave me his contact details, and gave me what I felt was a good deal overall. He couldn’t have been more helpful really.

Our Sales advisor Hamilton couldn't have been any more helpful. We were shown a wide range of products range from low to high price unlike other shops where you'd be shown the highest price first. Hamilton was very accommodating and made the whole experience a joy. He even entertained our boy with a balloon while we tried out different products. Customer service was excellent. We purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams and returned as we were very happy.
