Staff members were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and professional. Was welcomed initially and advised if assistance was required not to hesitate in asking. Hamilton was very helpful when it came to my purchase.

very experienced salesman named Hamilton assisted us with examples of mattresses to suit our needs.There was no sales pressure,just time taken to explain the various types of mattresses available to us.We were also informed about pillows and protectors that were available to us,which we declined,due to myself working for a bedding company.

Hamilton, was very knowledgeable and understanding of my budget. He allowed me the time to choose a product and told me clearly and concisely the benefits to each product. This resulted in a further purchase of a mattress protector, 2 pillows and a 8 year coverage. My original budget was £600 and I was more than happy paying more for a quality product. Great salesman.
