Was not disappointed with the service and staff were very helpful

The service I received in your Dundee store was second to none. The gentalman who looked after me was very understanding to my needs. The only problem I had was that I needed my item delivered sooner than you could deliver. However I managed to arrange to colect my purchase from you warehouse.

Great service lots of help and advice

Hamilton immediately we entered the store was pleasant and friendly. Took time to listen to what we wanted and what the problems were with our current mattress. We were even given a cuppa which was most welcome, having travelled quite a distance.Appeared very knowledgable about the best type of mattress and was able to make recommendations to us. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease to try all the various mattresses.I hadn’t considered my pillow might impact on my sleep and he was able to let us try various pillows until I found one that I found comfortable. Unfortunately it was a bit pricey on top of the mattress I was buying, but I will be back to get one on a future visit when the bank balance allows. Helpful without being over pushy.

Tom from the Dundee store was v helpful. I tried to order via the website but the link to the item I wanted wasn’t working. Tom took the order v efficiently and had a lovely manner. He tried to upsell the insurance and the putting together service without being pushy..

very friendly and helpful

Customer representative was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the different types of beds, pillows, and the color schemes which we knew nothing about. Made sure we were taken care of with tea / coffee, and was able to answer all of the questions we had.

I went to the store on Sunday and was just looking around. Hamilton gave great customer service by asking what I was looking for, size, colour, type of frame. And showed me what was available. I then returned to the store the next day and was served by Nicky, again very friendly and accommodating, he processed the order quickly :)
