Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Ensured we had all advice and options were made clear.

Tommy (our assistant) was brilliant. He welcomed us into the store and asked if we needed help within the first few minutes of browsing beds. He was very knowledgeable of the beds,mattresses, and duvets etc that were in store. He spent time getting to know what we were looking for and recommended the correct products for us. We are first time buyers and have a lot of furniture to purchase, Tommy made this process straightforward and simple for us as we had never bought beds/mattresses before! Would highly recommend this branch and Dreams to friends/families.

My partner and I went into the store with only a rough idea of what we wanted. The store assistant Stewart pointed us in the right direction and was really helpful throughout our whole visit, he gave us lots of time to consider our options including prices, comfort of the bed, and what Base we could get considering we wanted a super king size. Overall very pleased with our visit to this store.

Staff were very helpful in explaining differences between all products and helping make the right choice. Was also offered coffee and a video demonstration of a bed.
