Dreams - Dundee

The assistant, Stewart Petrie, was very knowledgeable about the products. Also, he did not rush us into making a decision, giving us time to discuss and decide what we were doing. There was no pressure. He also gave me a glass of water in order for me to take my medication. (I have Parkinson's). As a result of not feeling rushed or pressured my medication took effect quicker than it would if I was feeling agitated. Thanks for the quality of service. Will be sure to recommend Dreams to everyone.

Iain was the chap who took my order and could not have been more helpful. He was without a doubt a credit to your company.

I was directed immediately to a product that fit what we had asked for and didn't feel pressurised to purchase but well informed and well guided through the purchasing process. My visit to the store was enjoyable and the service provided by the staff was extra-special. They humoured the family (children) whilst we processed the purchase. They offered drinks whilst we waited. And picked the products that best suited our request. Iain was very relaxed and knowledgeable and we have arranged to return to purchase another mattress once our current order has arrived safe and well.

Stewart was knowledgeable and friendly AND (most importantly) was dressed, somewhat ridiculously, as Spiderman in aid of charity - top bloke!! ...Shame on Iain for not taking part in the charity dressing up!

The staff (Russell) were very helpful and made our purchase experience a very pleasant one. They were attentive to our needs and guided us through the whole process.

When I arrived in store all the assistants were dressed up as they were fundraising on this day. Russell offered me a coffee and was just so helpful and knowledgeable about his products. There was no rushing from him which was really nice and I felt that nothing was a problem to him and he answered all my questions but also provided me with additional information which was very helpful and finally allowed me to decide upon which product I bought

Stewart the salesman at the Dundee branch was very welcoming and not in our face like most salesman tend to be trying to just get a sale.
