We purchased a bed 16 years ago very good very pleased with the help we got then staff very helpful

Scott was particularly helpful and made buying the products easy but overall Scott and the manager were very good with our 4 year old daughter letting her draw and giving her water while we decided on the best bed to buy her.

We're served by Iain at dundee store,very nice man really friendly,knew all about the products,left us to look around made our visit a nice one

Layout with the different sections of mattress type was very helpful to choose what was suitable for me, Sandra also very friendly and immensely helpful. Answered all of our questions and assisted us throughout our visit to the store.

Very clean store, well laid out, friendly and helpful staff member. We were offered tea or coffee will browsing. Made choosing so easy. No rush or hassle.

Our assistant Stuart was very knowledgeable and guided us to the product we wanted at our budget.

We were given ample time to brouse and Russell the assistant whom we dealt with was very knowledgeable and extreamly helpfull he couldn't of been any better.

Scott was lovely and really understood what we needed; he explained perfectly what each item entailed also. It was a great experience and so quick and easy to get our bed.

We were giving a welcome from the minute we walked in , And was asked if needed help , But we were not overpowered. Like some places have done to us , Found that we could look around ourselfs first and was made aware the Assistance was their for when we needed it. Also was giving the choice of A hot drink , or a bottle of water which was a great surprise as it was really warm, Iain served us and was really Friendly and was great at giving us lots of info.
