This is the first mattress I have bought. I was really worried about it and we were helped by Stewart. He explained everything so clearly and made us feel really comfortable. We felt very relaxed and felt we were able to browse around the store at our own speed with no pressure. Stewart explained everything fantastically, he was friendly and super helpful in all elements. The layout of the store was great and the price range and signs made it really easy to navigate. I would definitely shop here again and would recommend it highly to anyone! I have even been convinced to come back later to look into changing my pillows! I had really great time buying my first ever mattress.

The employee I dealt with "Scott" was very informative and friendly and took time to go over every different kind of mattress and then helped choose one I most liked by going over the different firmness's etc. He also managed to answer every question I had regarding everything from warranty's to mattress styles. The store was well set out and made it easy to find everything I was looking for. The deals on at the time of my purchase were great and I would shop there again!

Russell was very helpful and gave very detailed information such as which colour was which etc he also offered us a cup of tea or coffee which was greatly appreciated. When it came to the till he gave us every option such as insurance etc which was very useful he was very well mannered and made my visit to the store a simple and good experience
