Very helpful staff. Made an extra effort to help find the right product.

Really liked the assistant Stewart Petrie who dealt with us from the minute we walked in to the store till we left, liked the fact he was not pushy and didn't rush us into making a decision. He gave us time to try each mattress and his assistance was excellent. Stewart said to husband to jump on bed he liked best and hubby did as he said, Stewart said next time he would ask him to a forward flip lol. Love your sense of humour Stewart. All staff were really nice, loved the cup of chocolate/latte, might have to come back for another one.

Due to a bad back I was needing a new mattress. Dreams was the first store I visited and I did not look any place else. Tommy was very halpful and friendly and advised me to try several different mattresses that would suit my needs. Verry happy with his knowledge and advice

Me and my partner entered the store to look at the products. We were kindly greeted by staff and encouraged to try the mattresses to see which would best suit our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were shown where to try mattresses and to take a comfortable pillow. The range of choice was remarkable and without this help we could maybe have been so easily deterred and confused by such a range of choice. With some guidance from the staff we found a type of mattress that both me and my partner liked and we were shown where these were kept in the store. We were given time and space to try these out, which is great for people like me who can get embarrassed easily. The staff came and helped us but they were not overbearing and did not use the "hard sell" tactics which can be cheesy and off-putting. We also found a bed frame that we loved. We had entered the store just to have a look and had been in other bed stores but this was a great environment to test the products and be reassured that this product was definitely for us. There was a huge range of choice but as I have previously mentioned we were supported brilliantly. Expecting fast delivery too and we can't wait!

Great quality sofa bed - exactly what we were looking for. Been looking for ages and never found anything that fit our measurements/style perfectly, until this. Iain was great, very relaxed and no pressure sales environment. Great experience and very happy.

Upon entering the store today we were met by Iain who was immediately helpful and friendly. Offered us a hot drink and told us to take our time viewing the showroom. Good colleague and very knowledgable about said products .

I was very pleased with the standard of the goods available and the prices. The member of staff who served us was very knowledgeable of his product and also very patient.

Hamilton explained every little bit of the mattress and the difference between the mattresses so i could understand myself and make my choice more informed.He also helped pick out the mattresses that would be of most interest to me

I was highly satisfyied with the beds,help and price i got helped alot and found the perfect bed the person who helped me was very nice he helped me alot the whole shop was very organized and everyone looked like they knew what they were doing
