The store manager I placed the order with was extremely knowledgeable not only with product information but also assisting and directing on-line. The delivery guys arrived on time were courteous, efficient, on time and very helpful.

I was attended by Stewart and he was very helpful. I did have an idea what I wanted to purchase but still had a few queries which he was able to answer to my satisfaction. This enabled me to choose the most appropriate mattress for my needs. He was very informative and encouraged me to try the mattresses that I was interested in, allowing me time to make my decision. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried along. Excellent customer service.

After trawling the shops and becoming overwhelmed by beds, mattresses and what I wanted, the lovely Iain helped me simplify things for me, broke them down so I knew what was important to start with then take it from there. He gave me as much time as was needed and gave me space when needed also. He was very understanding and was able to read body language and gauge how I felt about certain products without having to ask. Up till today, this process has been a very stressful event for me, but with reassurance and vast knowledge of products and how to tailor them to each customer, I finally felt at ease and able to make an informed decision and find a full bed set that fitted all my needs and was very comfortable!
