The salesman who greeted us was understanding & advised products that would suit us without being hard sell ! When we needed advice it was given then left to try out until a decision was made .

Excellent service without the smothering, genuine assistance and offer of tea/coffee, also time allowed to make up our mind without being pressured, impression of actual caring that we purchased correctly,
