The service by Iain in store was top class, we got offered coffee, shown swatches for different colours of bases and for the headboard. It was a very pleasant experience.

Tommy and the store manager were very helpful and answered all the questions I had.

1st class service from the time we entered the store. Staff very friendly without being pushy. Help when we needed it and space when needed time to discuss our purchase. Coffee very good :)

The store assistant Tommy was very helpful and fully assessed our needs before giving recommendations, he was honest and friendly, his product knowledge was great and helped us make an informed decision on our purchase. We were in the store late in the evening and Tommy did not rush us in any shape or form even though the store was soon to close. It was also great to have the offer of refreshments when on site which many other stores do not offer.

From the initial call to the completion of the order Nick was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The availability of the items we wanted was discussed and it was easy to place the order.
