We had placed the order over the phone and were attended to by Nick, who’s been an outs adding salesperson. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in building is a home bed/mattress package that suited our needs. Throughout the process, Nick was very professional, efficient, and delivered excellent customer service. We were very pleased to have spoken to him over the phone and were confident that should any post-order issues arise, he would be just a phone call away.

We appreciated the excellent advice given by the sales assistant which resulted in us choosing a new mattress which meets all our ideas to be as comfortable as it possibly could be.

Being recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia was the main reason for a new bed. The staff were extremely empathetic towards me along with great knowledge and understanding made our experience fun, enjoyable and very tireless. Sandie made us try out all the mattress until we were sure which was the one for us. Demonstrated her knowledge on the tv bed that we were purchasing. Advised us to have all that was needed to keep our mattress protected. Over all experience was excellent could not fault the store or the staff.

Staff were very friendly and offered myself and my daughter a cup of coffee on a cold and wet day and it was very nice.
