Stewart was extremely friendly and offered a professional service. Understood what we were looking for and was really good with my son finding him the right bed.Supportive all the way. Explained each step clearly my 10 year old son thought he was really good at his job!Nice Guy

I had my 83 yr old mother with me as the bed was for her, we were made very welcome as soon as we entered the store, we were offered a hot drink within 10mns on entering which was very much appreciated, the sales assistant was very patient and helpful, and nothing was any trouble for him, we were in the store for well over an hour, this was because the sales assistant showed and explained all the specs on the beds, and finally found a suitable bed and mattress for my mother, My mother is disabled, and staff treated her with patience, dignity and kindness ..

Knowledgeable staff with an excellent system of ascertaining which type of mattress was best for us. When visiting other stores it felt a lot more random and less logical. Colleague with attentive but also gave us space to try beds without hovering over us but we knew she was still available if we required her. Hot chocolate was lovely !!!!

The information I was given about the products I was interested in purchasing was excellent the salesman showed a great knowledge of the products and was very helpful in helping me choose the correct items .

We were delighted with the whole experience of shopping for our new bed in DReams Dundee Store. Well thought out way of using colour coded beds to help you find the support your looking and saving time. Welcomng, well trained and knowledgable staff throughout the store. A really good shopping experience which resulted in the purchase of our new bed.

We were given sufficient time to sample and discuss the products that we were looking to purchase. We were given advice and a thorough explanation of the features of each product so that we could make an informed choice. And, we were not given a "hard sell" approach. The mattress that we bought was one of your more expensive choices but, at no time, did we feel that we were pushed towards this. It was as a result of our experience of trying out mattresses of various types and finding what was most suited to our needs.

The gentleman helping me - Tommy - understood my requirements very quickly and showed me some suitable options. I had no difficulty choosing a mattress thanks to his help.

Assistant was very helpful and had great knowledge of all the products.
