Excellent customer service from Stewart explained all the types of beds available.

Stuart was very friendly and patient.

Quality mattress my back found it very much easier. And medium to firm is just what I wanted. 😉

Staff at Dundee(Russell) were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They allowed us plenty time to try all the beds, explained what all the jargon meant and never put us under any pressure - in fact we went away to look at other stores and came back to Dreams. There was a larger selection and we tried them all again (while Russell made us coffee) before deciding. Paperwork was easy and we were given offers of the special offer items with no pressure to buy. Very highly delighted and would like to visit again soon.

This was a second visit to discuss return of a tempur mattress. On our first visit on the day of purchase we were not given all the facts if wishes to take up the option to return in favour of another product however today we received an apology and an excellent service therefore it would. It put me off shopping in Dreams again.

The staff member had a very good product knowledge. She also had a friendly manner and a non pushy attitude.
