Visited the store and approached a worker called Iain and he was very helpful throughout looking for beds and mattresses, we also got a cup of tea also which was nice.

The salesman Stewart Petrie was very helpful. I was buying bunk beds and 2 mattresses and he was very helpful in helping me to find the mattresses I wanted. I had already been into the store previously and seen the bunk beds I liked. He is a good person to have on your sales team

Went there undecided to buy or not to buy, because of the help expertise and time spent in picking the bed and mattress made my mind up to buy.

I visited Dreams store in Dundee yesterday early evening only to see what range of mattresses they had in store. I was asked if they could be of any help and what I was looking for at this point I still had little intention of buying. The assistance I had was excellent very understanding and could not have been more helpful in encouraging me to try as many beds as I wished. Because of the very helpful, knowledgeable sales man I had ( Tommy ) helped me to decide that I was going to purchase a mattress. I was even offered tea or coffee. He was not pushy at any point just very courteous and allowed me to make the decision. I am very happy with my purchase and knowing that I have 40 days trial and may exchange if necessary

the level of knowledge shown by nicky store manager was far beyond our expectation and will have no problem recommending dreams to anyone thinking of bedding products

Tommy, the salesperson, was professional, friendly and informative. The ease of being able to assess the various mattresses was also a big plus.

We had investigated what we wanted online so we were aware of prices/value and general availability. We took the info with us to the store. We were asked straight away what assistance we needed and the sales assistant, Scott, was helpful, friendly and very efficient, showing us the item we had selected, how it worked, similar styles etc., and putting through the order, together with an online-only available item, very quickly and accurately. He explained everything clearly and although he made us aware of other items and offers, he was not pushy or too in-your-face. Very pleased with this experience altogether. If the delivery and product live up to this standard we will be very happy!

Iain was very knowledgeable about products.The various mattresses were explained in detail and we were allowed to try them out. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase which I feel as a customer is how you should be treated.
