The member of staff was patient and listened to what I was looking for - he wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel harassed into making a purchase He was friendly and approachable too.

the thought of shopping for large items(bed)is not something i look forward to.but my first eperience of your dundee store has changed my views. from the start my wife and i were treated with great courtesy , your salesman stewart explaned every thing fully, and gave plenty of time on our own to talk over the purchase(we were going to go another store to compare prices etc), but decided to go with your store. this was not only because of the goods but in no small way your salesman.when we sat and and he explaned every thing, delivery and everything else. great work

The store was very welcoming we were given time to look around the an assistant approached us asking if she could assist us we explained the mattress we have and how long i explained my husband and I have aches and pains and she took time to explain what would be beneficial to us and why she offered us tea or coffee which I excepted she again left us to discuss and make our decision we then spoke with her and made our purchase which was an easy transaction the assistant explained the delivery options allowing us to arrange delivery on a day that suited us. Once our purchase was all complete the assistant shook both my husband and myself 's hand and thanked us for our custom this we thought was very nice and it is not something you see very often. the assistant's name is Sandie.

IAIN welcomed us at the store. He had a friendly approach . He was knowledgeable about all of the products and offers available to us. Just enough information at the right time. He had a very professional approach and he was attentive and helpful throughout our visit. We were very impressed with the service we received. It is rare to experience such service nowadays. We will tell our family and friends and will be sure to return to the store in the future.

I liked that we were offered assistance without feeling pressured. The colleague explained how to find what we were looking for, gave us some good advice and encouraged us to spend as much time as we needed trying the mattresses. He explained that he would leave us, but that he would be there if we had any further questions. He came to check how we were doing, and offered more advice. Then he went back to his desk and waited for us to make our final decision. He was friendly and professional. He offered us coffee (twice!) and he informed us of other products and services which we might like. At no time did he push us to buy anything. In the end, we spent more than we had intended, but were happy because it was our decision and we were not under pressure.
