The customer service was second to none

For being undecided on the type of mattress we were guided by the salesman through process in selecting the most suitable mattress, bed and headboard. Very polite and pleasant salesman.

The customer service was wonderful once I was seen, I just felt really bad that there was only 2 sales assistants in the whole store and they had to retrieve a third from the break room while he was on his lunch break to assist me. I've worked in customer service for a long time and I know how precious breaks are, but I also understand that the other 2 were in the middle of selling higher value items. But, my sales assistant was knowledgeable, relatable and was very honest about what he was selling, was really friendly and knew what he was talking about! I'm really happy with my purchase, takes the sting out of spending £99 on one pillow haha but I'm really pleased

The salesman Tommy came over to us very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was extremely friendly and humorous which made myself and my son fell relaxed and valued.

Very satisfied with the salesman,and explained all questions.

Dean was fantastic all the way through was getting a product for my 3 year old daughter who he kept highly entertained, excellent service by Dean, I tried the Sleepmatch, was offered drinks and pillows which we purchased, credit to the Company as were the other staff members in store, would highly recommend Dreams Dundee to all my family and friends

We are very pleased with our recent visit to Dreams Dundee branch. The staff was very welcoming. Russell took his time to access our needs. He is knowledgeable and responds to our queries. He also gives time for us to decide what type of mattress, bed base and headboard to choose. He has walked extra mile to speak to his boss about any feasibility of discount on our choice of pillows in addition to our purchase of mattress, bed base and headboard. The manager is very kind to give a small discount for our pillows. Overall, there is good practice on COVID measures in place to safe guard customers and staff.

Nick was very knowledgeable, have us options, discussed various product benefits etc.
