The assistance by store manager, Nick, was second to none. Gave me plenty time to decide and although provided me with good information on the products, did not try to influence my own decision in any way. Excellent service.

Tommy who assisted us was very knowledgeable in the products and gave great advice without being overbearing or pushy. We were given all the information and space we needed to decide what we wanted as per our requirements.

The assistant was both helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Coffee was good too!

I visited Dreams and other stores to buy nice bedroom furniture. I went back to Dreams several times to check that I was certain of the choice I made prior to buying it as I was spending a large amount of money. I was very impressed with the service and the patience of both Iain and Nick . They phoned me a couple of times to see if there was any further advice or assistance they could provide us with prior to making our decision. The other reputable companies I was checking out, I was not impressed by the service or the cost and this is why I chose to return to Dreams to buy my furniture. To sum up, both men that helped us were excellent without being too pushy and explained fully on each product, delivery etc and therefore would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Stewart approached us at just the right time, providing us with excellent knowledge to enable us to choose the right mattress. He knew we had a time limit but ensured we were fully informed of the product.

Went in knowing what we were looking Stewart came over and assisted us with the best options as I have a bad back and helped narrow things down so we didn’t have to roam the whole shop with 2 children, he was also great with our oldest child took him to get hot chocolate and colour in while we got to test out some products. We left with a mattress which is what we went in for, ended up with amazing pillows and a new bed frame. Great customer service

We were able to lie on the bed to confirm that the mattress met our needs and the salesman was very helpful and pleasant showing us what our options were. There was also wide range of beds and mattresses for us to choose from.
