Dreams - Dundee

I arrived at the store in Dundee and was greeted straight away. Very soon Nick the store manager asked if he could help and guided me through the process of choosing a mattress that was right for me. He was professional and personable, and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. Everything was very easy. Very happy with my experience in the store. Now waiting for my mattress to arrive.

Stewart from the dundee branch went through all the bed options and matresses and explained them very well and got the mattress suited for me, he wasn’t pushy or on top of us gave us time to think and generally assisted very well.

Tommy who served me was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I required.

Iain the salesperson was very knowledgeable. He is a very friendly manner guided us to the bed that suited our needs. Taking into account my allergies and double checking that the advice he gave was correct. The entire experience was without any pressure to make a purchase and allowed plenty time on our own to make a decision

Our sales advisor was very friendly, he told us about the products and the system to use But he also gave us time alone to discuss and decide which ones we liked. He was very knowledgable and made our visit very enjoyable. This advisor was called tommy.

Member of staff(Russell) was extremely polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. As such he was able to understand our needs and therefore assist us in the selection of the most appropriate product. There was no "hard sell" and the sale was concluded in a very efficient manner.
