Dreams - Dundee

Was met by an assistant named Iain who explained in detail the layout and colour scheme of the products. He asked us to try out as many beds as we wished and also furnished us with a choice of pillows to do so. After doing so he was extremely helpful in explaining the build and construction of our chosen mattress plus the deals available at this time. Over all the experience was pleasant and was in no way pressurised into any item we did not require

Nick the store manager was very helpful and new all about the items and was very attentive.

Nick asked me if I needed help when I came into the store and when I explained that I was looking for furniture for 2 properties and for 2 rooms, he listened to my caveats and my likes and found me exactly what I was looking for.

The sales person knew the products well and was clear and precise with all the information He was not pushy and gave us time to consider all the options available but at the same time was attentive to our needs and questions. He also made us aware of other products which complimented our purchase a very pleasant experience would certainly use your company again

We were given the advice and assistance we needed then we were left to think over and decide which mattress we were going to buy.

First time shopping at Dreams and it was an actual Dream to do.Iain our assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made everything very easy. Will definitely use Dreams again and would recommend others to give it a try.

Dreams colleague, Russell, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products and listened to us when we told him what we were looking for. He offered advice but did not try to force any unwanted sales on to us. We were offered a hot drink and did not feel rushed in any way. Overall, we had a very relaxed, informative visit made even better by Russell's assistance.

Stewart instantly offered help and advice bit was not "in our faces" with it. He told us to give him a shout when we wanted to discuss anything. Even when he was busy with other customers he would pop back for a quick word to let us know he would still be available. But the best thing was how good he was with our children-bringing 5 year old twins bed shopping isn't always the best idea but Stewart had fun with them and was so encouraging for us to have a family experience there. Hugely appreciated.
