Tommy was attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable about the products as well as delivery times.

Staff were really nice patient and welcoming. They knew about the product and gave time to choose.

Stewart served me today. He was very knowledgeable about the products, with a friendly and professional manner but not pushy. He let me mull things over in terms of the products I required before making a final decision on the amount of products I wanted to buy. He explained the 0% finance scheme very well and took the time to explain it to me which I think is a marker of great customer service. I rated the overall time the service took only slightly lower due to the system which crashed a few times - nothing to do with Stewart. Overall, an excellent service and high quality but good value products.

When I entered the store I was obviously looking around ,when I was asked if I needed help .I replied that I was looking for a mattress softer than the one I was using at home .Recently developed some hip inflammation problem and felt I needed a softer mattress .Having been shown and tried quite a few at various prices I decided on the Kendall which was in my need and price range .Now waiting delivery

We were Please with the service we received Iain was very helpful even offered us coffee while we browsed around.
