Dreams - Dundee

The advice and assistance we were given was excellent and helped us make an informed choice. We had planned to visit a number of stores but after going to Dreams first we purchased straight away.

The service we got in order to buy our bed. I like that we not force to buying anything that we did not want plus understanding our need.

The salesman listened to what we wanted and didn't push us into buying something we didn't need.

Very professional assistance from Tommy your member of staff. He was not pushy and explained everything about the 5 mattresses I tried. He advised me to try the mattresses for a few minutes or for as long as I wanted, on both sides of my body as I am bothered with my hips and knees. I bought a full sized headboard with bed from you 4 years ago and have been very happy with it. I can't wait for my Tempur mattress to be delivered and to get a good quality sleep. I will always buy from Dreams and let all my family and friends know how happy I have been with my purchases and the service in the store.

The salesman (Iain) was very friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He explained thoroughly how the store was laid out and the difference between the products on display. He left us alone to try out the different mattresses but was readily available to answer all our queries. We were very apprehensive about shopping for a new mattress as we had a very bad experience years ago, but Iain made us feel relaxed - he even made us coffee!

Because the salesman was very professional, explained everything and gave us plenty of time to decide which mattress we wanted .Stewart was very attentive gave us a cup of coffee and made sure we were satisfied with our purchases.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by Stewart who explained how the coding system worked then left us to browse. He kept in touch occasionally to explain or answer any questions. once our decision was made he explained the choices we had then filled out the order. A very professional approach.
