I called Dreams Dundee to get some advice on purchasing a bed and other products. Unfortunately as my husband was unwell I was unable to visit the store and therefore Nick the floor manager spent a great deal of time over the phone explaining the products and helping me choose the products that were best suited to me. His manner was friendly and helpful and he contacted me back in a timely manner about the products and delivery. I am very impressed with the service and will be back again for further products.

We were approached by Stewart at Dreams and one thing I picked up straight away was that he welcomed us to the Dreams store. He gave us help how to navigate the store and his the pricing offers worked.We were given options 're bed cover, assembly, delivery and old bed disposal. Very friendly , not pushy , informative and made us feel valued.

when i went into the store ,I had an idea of what I was buying ,but needed some advice on which tempur to buy to suit my needs , The salesman was very helpful and even though the store was very busy ,he took the time to help me and did not rush through anything

Nick was easy to speak to, made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions honestly.

The assistant was very knowledgable and was willing to spend some time with us going over the different mattresses available. We felt we had a great service without being pushed into a purchase by the sales assistant. When we sat down to pay and do the paperwork everything went smoothly and we were happy with the quick delivery date. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience when we visited the store. Thanks to Stewart who was actually finished work but stayed behind to assist us.
