Dreams - Dundee

Went in for a look, ended up buying a bed after being pleased with what the members of staff talked me through with matrasses and different slats etc for the beds. It was nice to go into a store and not feel pressured in buying something and actually them willing to let you look around first.

Iain and Kieron were extremely helpful and welcoming (I jokingly asked Kieron for a hot cup of tea and he actually obliged). The service and attention to detail was really good. Well done.

The staff member Scott that dealt with me, was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs carefully and explained fully any thing I asked. As I was placing a large order everything was checked over and every detail of the order was correct. He stayed later after his shift was finished to make sure we were all happy with the beds we had all picked.

The staff were very friendly and I got what I wanted but chose satisfactory for some answers as the matresses were more expensive than I thought they would be

The service I received from the staff member Iain was exceptional. He gave me all the information I required and answered all my questions with ease. I could not have asked for better service.

staff member Iain was very helpful and not pushy into getting a sale... he explained about the beds and the differences and allowed time on our own to make decisions. He gave us different pillows too to try and had vry good customer care skills he used humour well too

I was very impressed with the man I dealt with he was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested In his name was Russell and he took the time to explain the differences between the two products I was interested in

Stewart was very knowledgeable and not too in our faces. He was there when we needed help but not hanging about.

Dreams colleague Russell was very helpful but not in your face. He explained all the different types of bed very well and let us try them out and discuss on our own.

The store is well layed out and was easy to move around looking at our preferred mattress type. The sales man scott was very helpful with our needs. He took time to listen to what we required and took us to the various mattress types and bed's. The overall service and store was very good and would definitely recommend to friends and family
