This is my second purchase at the store , my reasons for returning are excellent service both from staff in store and delivery. The quality and choice of beds and mattresses and the ability of staff to fully explain the benefits of different types of mattress and/or base. I was positively encouraged to try different options and made fully aware of all combinations ,bed,base,headboard . The financial aspect of my purchase was explained simply and clearly prior to finalising my purchase. In short a really good shopping experience.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products. They helped us identify mattresses within our price range and to our liking

I was made to feel at ease with my questions and found Iain very knowledgeable and helpful.

the assistant tommy showed us the different firmness of matreses and let us try them them all out and told us to try them 2 or 3 times before we decided on our purchase

Everything colour coded,time to experience the product.made to feel welcome and offered tea or coffee and again when placing order.

It was a very good visit and we were made very welcome Stewart our assistant was very knowledgeable and also offered tea or coffee on arrival it was a very good shopping experience.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
