Very helpful and good service.

I was assisted by Russell on my first visit to your store and he was extremely helpful without making me feel pressured in any way. He was available if needed, advised on quality and prices when requested and made our visit a pleasurable one. The reason we bought the mattress was entirely down to the information and service we received from Russell. When we returned to purchase the mattress we were assisted by Stewart who was also helpful and friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the excellent friendliness and helpfulness of all members of staff we encountered during our visit.

I was very satisfied with the service in the dreams store in Dundee Kingsway retail park. I think the man that dealt with me was called Andy. This was my second return visit as I like to shop around, I was purchasing a mattress. He was really helpful and pleased to see me when I returned. And I also got a great bargain on a previous display mattress. His knowledge was impeccable and very helpful. I did however make the problem of ordering the bed online as it was cheaper than in store. Delivery arrived on time and the delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer, however when it came to building the bed there was no Allen key or screws in any of the boxes or attached to the outside of the boxes. Luckily for us my partner is a joiner so it is was easily sorted but it could have caused major problems. But all the staff were very helpful and a credit to their jobs.

Iain, the Sales Person was Highly pleasant and had the Patience to explain the differentials between the Products view. Excellent assistance

Iain took a considerable amount of time firstly determining which firmness of mattress we required, and then which type was best for us. He explained a few products, then gave us pillows and left us to talk between ourselves whilst grabbing us a brew. He made it very clear that this was a decision we had to be happy with - and was available without being pushy. We took down some details and tried a competitor. We can honestly say it was the difference in customer service and professionalism that was one of our key decisions in returning to Dreams having taken the time to examine the alternatives.

Iain was so polite and helpful went through all the different types of beds spent about an hour helping us choose our bed. He explained so much always helping us but also leaving us alone to discuss our purchase. Wandered around with our pillows lying on the beds that Iain recommended. Such a helpful man and the coffee was tasty too. Thank you Iain

Tommy my salesperson was Extremely friendly and helpful... an absolute pleasure to deal with, no pressure, explained everything in full with a charming wittu nature, made my buying experience very enjoyable.
