Going into the store there was no pressure from the salesman called Ian to buy anything but he was very informative of the product and let us try it out whilst making a drink for us this is what I like in a store where you aren't pounced on straight away from staff left alone to make a decision

Quality of information and time afforded to assist in the choice of mattresses from the range available. Talked us through sleep station, colour coding and also demonstrated Tempur in the sleep pod. Once settled on Tempur, Stewart took us through all the options available in the store, prior to us deciding and making the purchase. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Very good experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of mattresses to choose from. No pressure on us to purchase.

Stewart explained how to select the type of mattress we were looking for. He brought us pillows to try the mattresses, explained payment terms & company T&C's then he gave us space to try the products and chat in peace. Stewart even brought us coffee. Excellent service!

Very satisfied with service. On arrival I was offered coffee by Scott even when I said I was only looking. Scott was very knowledgeable about his products giving me good advice. All the staff were very friendly. Overall a lovely experience.....with coffee thrown in!!

this is the fourth time ive used dreams and always very satisfied a bit dear but the goods are good quality

When I visited the Dundee Store and had a idea of what I wished to purchase but with the sales person (Stewart) on hand he expertly answered all my queries, without any pressure of trying to make me change my mind. He was very understanding of our needs. I left the store with a lot of information to consider our options and returned the next day to purchase the goods. Again, Stewart was excellent explaining all the details about the Terms and Conditions of our purchase, including the delivery options.
