Dreams - Dundee

Upon our arrival and after a few minutes we were approached by Tommy and asked if we needed assistance. He left us to browse but educated us about the Dreams colour coded mattress system which was very helpful with our choice making. We were offered light refreshments. On a whole it was a pleasurable shopping experience with Tommy looking after all our needs and answering our questions professionaly.

The salesman was really good he approached us when we came in the shop but didn't pounce on us. He gave us information that we needed and gave us time to look around. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and just made us feel at ease rather than pressured into buying.

Tommy our assistant was so helpful & let us try out our Tempur pillows while lying on a bed to get the full experience. He was most helpful & understanding about my back trouble & let me try out all the beds with no persuasion until i found one i liked. The options for finance were very good & Tommy explained everything comprehensively.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Didn’t feel too rushed or forced into buying product(s).

The salesman (Stewart) who advised us could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful.

Because I was dealt with in a very polite and knowledgable manner by the assistant who if I may say was exceptionally aware of our needs and treated us as friends more than customers and would certainly request her for any future visits to the store . in general we were very pleased by our entire visit with all staff and manage,ment will not hesitate to shop at Dreams in future thankyou

After entering the shop it didn’t took long until we’ve got friendly assistance with great knowledge of the products. He offered us coffee or tea and explained in great detail the best option to find the right mattress and bed.

The sales person (Iain) was very knowledgeable about all the products we enquired about, very keen to help and give us straight forward advice, not pushy and went out of his way to help and find a solution to our issue. Would not hesitate to return to this store and recommend to friends and family. We also received lovely coffee and hot chocolate.

Very impressed by the knowledge and assistance of assistant, Sandie. Really helpful and encouraging and this resulted in my choice of the right mattress. Would definitely purchase goods from this store again.
