I was highly satisfied with the experience. We were attended by Iain who knew his information regarding the beds and mattresses, we had bought our previous bed and mattress 6years ago but now required to update our mattress because I needed to ensure that I was supported because I was disabled with spinal damages through my work, I also have spinal arthritis and crumbling of the spine. We were impressed with the information Iain gave us, he also let us try different pillows to ensure that I was comfortable, my husband was not fussed. I would certainly recommend "Dreams" I would certainly without hesitation Go back to "Dreams" and not waste time as I did trialling the WEB.

Friendly staff who made effort to make us feel comfortable despite the wild children, every effort was made to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Pricing, delivery and product was all clearly explained. Looking forward to our new bed!

We are always impressed that Nick the store manager remembers us following our first visit over 3 years ago when we purchased our tempura bed. The visit today was to buy new mattress protectors and bed linen. Nick spotted me looking at these items within a couple of minutes came over to say hello and enquire about what I needed. He told me about the range on offer, selected the items I wanted and carried them to the cash desk. He offered my husband and I a coffee. We felt valued as customers and that Nick sets a high standard of customer service for his staff to follow. The products are of good quality and have a long life. Great value for money. I have bought cheaper bed linen in other stores that are a poor fitting & quality. I now always return to dreams & recommend the store to friends & family.
