Was given ample time to try out different mattresses to my specifications , salesman knowledgable ,polite , non-pushy with the sale. Over all a really good experiance.

Tommy was extremely helpful and patient with me whilst I was deciding what I wanted. He made me a coffee toowhich was very welcome as it was 7pm.

We received excellent service from the sales person, he was very knowledgeable & very helpful.

Assistant Iain was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was considerate to our needs and spent time explaining the different suitable options to best meet our requirements.

The gentleman who was the store manager was very helpful. we were looking for a Ottoman bed that would only be used occasionally and initially thought the cheapest mattress however, once we tried this we knew it would be the wrong decision. He directed us to a good value middle of the road mattress after showing the most expensive. the middle of the road was the one we settled for., delivery we wanted delayed for an extra week or so and this was accommodated without any problems

We were very satisfied with the knowledge of Ian at Dreams Dundee and the service he and his colleagues provided. We had researched the bed and mattress that we wanted to buy online so went to the store to test them out and make the final decision. The process was quick and easy and we felt like we were given all the information we needed clearly so that we could make the decision easily. We were also given coffees and a seat while we went through the details for delivery and putting through the order. We look forward to our bed and mattress arriving.
