Dear Sir/madam A weeks ago my wife and I began the challenging search for a new mattress for our newly purchased bed. We went to various stores throughout the tayside area and after this we realised that there was only going to be one specific store we would be going back too. The reason for this was not just due to the fact that the quality in the product was more sufficient, It was due to the fact that of your employee "Iain". This employee from the moment we arrived in the store gave us his full attention and co-operation. His customer service techniques and ability is a credit to your company. Clear product boards at end of each bed was very good and useful. Colour scheme on products was also very good allowing you to quickly identify the product of choice.

Stewart was a massive help as this was the first time we were buying a bed and mattress he gave us all the information we needed and he was very friendly. He let us wonder and have a look in our own time and once it game to purchasing the bed he was so helpful and offered us all the add ons and was very thorough. He was very helpful and overall fantastic we had a great customer experience.

The service and knowledge of Iain was excellent. He took time in explaining all the different types of mattress and was really appreciated. All in all an excellent service - Iain is a credit to your Company.

We were extremely satisfied with our purchase from dreams. Tommy the assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. Even asking us if we would like a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate for our son. Lovely touch. We were even able to take our mattress away there and then. Along with our other purchases. All staff were lovely. Will definitely recommend this place
